An excellent quality Horn Must pass below Tests

1.Durability test of Auto Horn.
It’s to test the horn’s life cycle under honking for 1 second on, 4 seconds off. The industry standard of life span is 50,000 cycles. Osun horn’s life span is greater than 150,000 cycles.

2.180 minute 360 degree rain shower test without blind spots.
One of the major horn quality issue is rust due to water. So we simulate the horn under raining or car-washing or pass through puddles on the ground to test the horn for its water-proof performance.

3.The Vibration Test simulates three directions: up and down, front and back, and left and right sweep frequency vibration. Vibration in each direction for 8 hours, with a total experiment duration of 24 hours.

4.Continuous Honking Test. If the horn continues to sound for 3 minutes without any significant change in sound level and returns to its original sound after cooling, it is considered a qualified product.

5.High & Low Temperature Test.
Work normally in a high temperature environment of 80℃, and the sound is still loud. And not only can it work normally in an environment with a low temperature of minus 40 ℃, but the sound level reduction should be within 5dB.
Osun Horn can work in high temperature up to 85℃and meet requirement while in low temperature of minus 40℃.
